We use secure third-party payment gateways to process your transactions. Unbox Services does not store, collect, or have direct access to your credit/debit card or bank account details.
Data Retention & Account Deletion
1. Data Retention Policy
We retain your personal information (such as account profile details, location data, contact information, and order history) only for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide you with our Services. We also retain and use your data to the extent necessary to comply with legal, statutory, or regulatory requirements under Indian law, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Once data is no longer necessary for these purposes, it is securely deleted or anonymized.
2. User Data Deletion Request
You have full control over your personal data and possess the right to request the complete deletion of your account and associated information at any time. You can submit a deletion request through any of the following methods:
- In-App Deletion: Open the Unbox Services app, navigate to Profile / Account Settings > Delete Account, and follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your request.

Via Email: Send an email directly to unboxrtn@gmail.com with the subject line
"Data Deletion Request". Please send the request from your registered email address and include your registered phone number so we can identify your account.
Upon receiving your request, we will verify your identity and process the deletion of your account and personal data within 30 days. Please note that certain transactional or legal records may be retained as mandated by applicable regulatory requirements.
