Refund Policy

Once your cancellation or return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email or app notification to confirm receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified number of business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often processing time required before a refund appears.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at unboxrtn@gmail.com.

Cancellation Policy

Unbox Your Desire is a food delivery app where customers can easily place orders directly through our platform.

Customers can choose an online payment option while placing the order. After the order is placed, a 1-minute window is provided to cancel the order. Once that minute passes, the order is forwarded to the Unbox admin for processing and preparation.

If the customer cancels the order within the permitted timeframe, the amount paid online will be automatically refunded. Such is Unbox Your Desire's standard Food Order Cancellation Policy.
